Job Description

Role overview

Reporting to the CFO, the incumbent will be responsible for managing all financial reporting of the Group, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure strategies are in place to minimize risk and maximize financial return for the Group

Role Responsibilities



Responsible for full spectrum of accounts payable activities of projects in charge

Manage all financial reporting of the Group (including the consolidation, internal reporting and analysis);

Review, evaluate, analyze and report the monthly project costing, work-in-progress and job cost tracking;

Manage the Group’s treasury functions (including negotiating with banks on related bank credit facilities);

Proactively drive the implementation of changes to improve operational efficiency and governance;

Responsible for the preparation and completion of the external audit for the Group Statutory accounts;

Liaise with the bankers & insurance companies; and

Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned



Job Requirements



A recognized Degree in Accountancy or equivalent certification

Minimum 4 years of relevant working experiences

Experience in group consolidation is a must

Audit experience in an international audit firm will be an added advantage

Experience in the construction industry preferred

Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates

A versatile team player who is highly motivated and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Meticulous and hands on with strong analytical and problem solving skills

Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
