To lead and work with the team to collect and analyse feedback data on medical undergraduate postings and modules in NUS and Healthcare Institutions (HCIs) to assess and improve the quality of the Schools medical undergraduate curriculum.
To establish and apply systems to collect, manage, and analyse data so as to support data-driven decision-making.
To organise and maintain institutional knowledge by improving existing administrative process.
1) Continuous Quality Improvement through data collection and analysis:
Oversee the collection and analysis of data from students feedback on medical undergraduate postings and modules.
Oversee the generation of feedback and analytical reports.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to collect and review feedback data from students, including addressing of their questions/concerns as well as engagement and training.
Maintain the Online Feedback Portal and seek to enhance it with the support of the Information Technology Unit (ITU).
2) Business Process Improvement through data analytics:
Partner with internal teams, developers, and strategy partners to review data sets and detect, diagnose, and repair data quality errors.
Identify and design process improvements to prevent future data quality errors.
Partner with developers and internal teams to improve data coverage and analytic capabilities.
Partner with data engineers to assist with the development of database systems. This may involve the identification, design, and implementation of internal process improvements.
3) Supervise and guide staff to achieve desired outcomes for the above responsibilities.
4) Prove on-site operational support for NUS Medicine clinical examinations and other activities critical to our education missions.
5) Any other relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Degree holder with at least 6 years of working experience.
A strong team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Meticulous and detail-oriented with good project management, analytical, and communication skills.
A positive, can-do attitude, intellectual curiosity and a strong service mindset.
Good interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Demonstrated proficiency with data manipulation and analytics within an academic or healthcare setting would be preferred.
