Job Description

Responsibilities: 


• Assist Sales team to support and develop relationships with payment partners from an operations management perspective


• Work with internal IT, sales, account managers and financial department specialists for inquires pertaining managed payment partners to ensure efficient operational flows for all stakeholders.


• Involved in quarterly payment partners integration planning as well as overseeing such integrations from the business perspective and managing the project end to end including post launch.


• Conduct market research on the competitive landscape


• Conduct research on industry trends / opportunities for business expansion


• CRM data input


 


Requirements:



  • Energetic, proactive, practical, communicative and analytical individual

  • Takes on challenges and is passionate about ecommerce businesses.

  • Able to work as a team in a multitasking environment 

  • Open-minded & Proactive 

  • Experienced in managing external clients or partners 

  • Strong communication skills 

  • English is mandatory

  • Project Management Skills 

  • Analytical skills 

  • Experience/knowledge in e-commerce is preferable

  • At least a Diploma holder

  • Operations and/or payment industry experience
