Job Description

Responsible for order entry and validate orders entered by remote Customer Service teamsAbility to communicate with Customers clearly in both written & verbal modesBe an ambassador of company when communicating with Customers to understand Customers’ needs and fulfilling themLiaise with various departments such as Planning, Production, Warehouse, QC, Shipping and Regulatory to ensure timely production and dispatch of goods to customers, meeting Supply Chain Delivery KPIHand-hold urgent orders from point of production to goods departureDiscuss and negotiate with customers or account managers on the best win-win situation for both company and customerLog-in customer complaints into the Complaint SystemCoordinate drawing and submission of complaint samples if applicableAssist to get information such as storage condition, end application etc to aid complaint investigationCoordinate goods return or product recall if requireIdentify areas of possible improvement, promote and discuss with Customers
Requirements
At least a Diploma or equivalent qualificationMinimum of 5 years of working experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing industryCustomer focused and results drivenProficiency in SAP
