Job Description


This key position is responsible for leading our Sales & Operations Planning process as well as our logistics team Main task is to match customer demand by region and product to operations supply while maximizing resulting profits and revenues This position is the leading relay between production planning, supply chain, logistics and the regional sales organizations The S&OP process is a rolling 12-month process with special focus on the current quarter The position is also the main decision gate for customer price setting The position has responsibility for the value and composition of our finished goods inventory

• Lead and improve Sales & Operations Planning
• Lead Global Logistics (CLC) for inbound material and outbound finished goods delivery
• Lead Revenue War Room (RWR) to constantly look for revenue maximizing opportunity via an established protocol
• Lead and use Demand Analytics (DA) function to design sales pipeline analysis for profit maximization through

recommendations and reports
• Establish and maintain REC short and long-term customer demand to maximize revenue through strategic allocation of

company production supply to different regions by product by volume
• Responsible to initiate continuous cost improvement in logistics with suppliers, forwarders, warehouse, and operational

• Supports finance forecast and budgeting process
• Chair weekly sales team teleconference with different regions to understand end customers’ requirements
• Collaborate with production planning/material sourcing team to ensure supply is on schedule
• Liaise with logistics team to ensure product shipment is on schedule
• Attend to end customer ad-hoc demand
• Short and mid-term customer price setting
• Working capital responsibility with regards to finished goods inventories
• Drive projects to improve supply chain management with specific objectives to improve communications and led time

through automation
• Leading a team of ~15 employees

Technical/ Professional • Degree in Engineering, Business, Planning
• Min 10 years of experience in sales & operations planning, with team/people management responsibilities
• Possess strong knowledge in planning process flow, from sales order intake -> factory production process -> logistics

shipping process -> end customer delivery
• Exposure to high product mix/high volume factory environment will be advantageous

Technological • Proficient in MS office applications
• SAP knowledge
• APICS knowledge is a plus
• SFDC and/or Tableau knowledge is a plus

People/Relations • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated proactive individual with ability to work independently
• Attention to detail

Commute between two work locations Tuas South & Gateway

Company transport will be provided from various locations to Tuas
