Job Description

As our Executive/ Senior Executive, Commissions. You will be reporting to Manager, Business Support (Life Distribution - Business Development) and will be responsible forthe processing of commissions statements. You will also be responsible for the payment of commissions to advisers and handling advisers queries and complaints.

Responsibilities:

Processing of Product provider commission statements on a daily basis and perform reconciliation to the amount banked Checking and organising copies of the Product provider statements Response to the queries from advisers Liaising with Product providers as necessary Cleaning unpaid commissions as requested Any ad hoc duties as required

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration of equivalent Competency in all other MS programs Comprehension and interest in Mathematical processes Experience administering commissions software/system Relationship building skills Meticulous in computing commission payment Take proactive approaches and use initiative to add value Able to strive in challenging, fast-pace and diverse environment Good organisational and time management skills
