Job Description

Responsibilities



Manage the training administrative function including course enrolment, updating of training records and monitoring the completion of training evaluation process

Handle workers’ employment contracts and mobilisation arrangements

Prepare letters of appointment and other HR notification letters

Handle application, renewal and cancellation of work permits and employment passes

Involved in new hire orientation activities

Preparation of monthly HR reports

Liaise with Government agencies such as MOM, WDA, etc pertaining to employee matters as needed

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned



Requirements



Possess a minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resource Management

At least 3 years of related working experience will be preferred Prior experience in the construction or process sector will be an added advantage

Knowledge of Times HRIS software will be an added advantage though not a must

Good understanding of Singapore employment legislations

Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment

Analytical with excellent organizational and planning skills

Self motivated, confident and resourceful team player

Good command of written and spoken English

Candidate should ideally be Singapore citizens or hold permanent residency status
