Job Description


ResponsibilitiesAssisting with recruitment processes, including liaising with internal / external stakeholers ensuring HR processes are adhered toPreparation of pre-hiring processes, Onboarding and Induction process of new employees and employeesPreparation of documents relating to the confirmation process of new employeesLiaising with HQ on the secondment of employees includingPreparation of secondment contracts,Processing for Employment Work Pass and Family Dependent Pass applications, renewals and terminations of expatriatesPayroll management, including monthly processing and managing tax mattersAssist with budgeting especially on payroll, salary increments and bonus computationsAdminister and manage employee medical benefitsAdvise on Employment regulations, C&B practices, and personnel proceduresSupport the annual salary / bonus review planning and administration processesHR Administration (eg leave, P-files, performance management, HR Policy declarations, off-boarding matters)Assist with periodic audit matters with regards to HRAssist with L&D / T&D activities including submission of documentation for government training subsidy and following up on reimbursementsPoint of contact for Organization’s COC and Risk Management mattersSupport to Regional HR Manager on all additional ad-hoc requests

Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant disciplinesMinimum 3 years’ experience in HR administration, especially payroll managementGood understanding of Singapore's labor laws and regulatory complianceProficient in Microsoft OfficeFocused, self-motivated and committed to completing or achieving tasksBoth well spoken and written for communications with internal and external partiesDevelop and maintain good relationships with employees at all levels within the company and also with external parties (eg partners, clients, vendors etc)High sense of integrity, transparency and accountability in work and interactions with othersMeticulous and well organized with ability to prioritizeSingaporeans only
