Job Description

Responsibilities:
Raise Service Request and ad-hoc reportsCo-ordinate all EUCD deployment activitiesSingle point of contact for all Service Request of WOG central services, such as VPN, EPP, Go-Max, SGMail, NAC etc.Prepare and maintain the records of inventoryOther administrative tasks that the operation required

Requirements:
Only open to SingaporeanMinimum NITEC IT or relevantMinimum 1 year experience in managing WOG SR administration, asset managementStrong communication & coordination skills and meticulousA working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Microsoft Excel and PDF and Sharepoint applicationBasic knowledge of IT skills in MS Windows, desktop hardware and network environmentsStrong interpersonal, organizational skills and customer service focusExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Positive attitude, proactive, self-starter, action and results orientedContinuous learning orientation; keeps abreast of new and emerging technologies and marketsWell-developed analytical, diagnostic and problem resolution skills
