Job Description

Responsibilities



Conduct baking creation for adults and senior citizens

Ensure any materials required for the class is sufficient throughout the day as well as alert the person-in-charge if otherwise so they may replenish the ingredients

Conduct Train-The-Trainer programmes for new baking trainers

Conduct demonstrations in roadshows as and when the management requires

Other duties as deemed fit by the management

Passionate about baking, teaching and sharing his/her knowledge and skills with others

Qualification and Requirement



Possess at least a Diploma in a related field

Possess the full ACTA qualification

At least 1 year of working experience in the F&B industry and in particular, baking

Also have at least 1 year of basic training experience (not necessarily in the training baking industry)

Able to train adults and senior citizens in an optimistic, cheerful and fun manner

International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL)
An 11-module internationally-certified IT course for managers, supervisors and workers.
Executive Development & Growth for Excellence (EDGE)
A 19-module programme to promote excellence, productivity and effectiveness among professionals, managers and executives.
Generic Manufacturing Skills (GMS)
A 10-module programme to promote teamwork, work and quality as well as operational efficiency among supervisors and workers.
Each module is usually 16 or 24 hours (2 or 3 days) in duration. However, the duration for the Workplace Literacy & Workplace Numeracy course can be between 30 to 90 hours, depending on the programme. The training delivery can be broken up into half-day or full-day sessions.
SSA Academy has also developed other training programmes such as:

Certificate in Management of Non-Profit Organisation – a 150-hour management programme for non-profit organisation leaders.
