Job Description

Covers all aspects of pre-sales work including consulting to clients, supporting the sales team, case analysis, proposal delivery, product demonstration, implementation and training of end users utilizing primarily Dynamics 365 or earlier Dynamics versions eg2016, 2015, 2013 etc
Undertakes business and process analysis
Documents as-is and to-be within accurate and detailed scoping documents
Liaises with sales, delivery team and clients - point of communications as solution lead
Collaborates closely as a team player with other CRM consultants, developers and other members of service delivery
Enforce pre-sales solution quality assurance & documentation


Over 4 year experience working with Dynamics CRM with minimum 2 years focus on pre-sales/consultancy with strong business analytical background and technical skills

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015/2013

Well versed with Microsoft Intelligent Application Strategy Azure Cloud Solutions

Experience of providing Pre-Sales Demonstrations

Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics 365/CRM

Excellent communication and problem solving skills, ability to perform requirements, develop design specification documents

Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills

Excellent understanding & knowledge, strong functional skills of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules (eg sales pipeline management, marketing automation, customer service, field service operations)

Pass experience and implementation accomplishments with Dynamics CRM application development using CRM SDK, XRM, C#, Net, REST, SOAP, AJAX, OData, XML, HTML, CSS, Web API, SAML, OAUTH, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular JS, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Azure etc

Client facing skills, self-motivated and confidence in abilities to interact with client personnel

Provide clients with professional quality service Earn respect of our clients through demonstration of adaptability, tact, commitment, resourcefulness, and proactive communications

Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers

Experience across a number of industries - ideally strong finance experience

Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities, places emphasis on client satisfaction
