Job Description

You will provide skilled expertise in strategic procurement activities including the establishment of supply chain alliance framework agreements and to support the implementation of these agreements across the Lendlease Asia region of operations as the Product Category Manager for the designated product types

Responsibilities
Account Management of the supply chain alliance relationshipsAssist to execute the initiatives outlined in the Business Plan of the Strategic Procurement Business, identify sourcing opportunities, conduct tenders for the selection of supply chain partners, administer supply agreements, prepare/assess monthly payment claims, prepare/assess variation claims, resolve contractual issues and finalize accounts of supply agreements

Requirements
Recognized Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or EngineeringRICS accreditation or formal Legal/Contracts training will be an added advantageMinimum 7 years’ relevant procurement or contract administration experience, preferably in a professional organization directly related to engineering and constructionMust have a strong sense of personal accountability, is a self-performer, is dynamic and pro-active, is adept at multi-tasking, has good negotiation skills and possesses a strong commercial acumen
