Job Description

Responsibilities



Handle full spectrum of purchasing function ensure competent quality execution and monitoring of all purchasing duties

Ensure purchasing activities and procedures are in compliance to company and procurement policies

Proactive in sourcing for new supplies, select and negotiate for the best purchase package, in terms of quality, price, terms and, deliveries and services with suppliers for existing and new projects

Maintain a complete, proper and updated purchasing related records and/or reports

Monitoring stock movement and maintain inventory records

Responsible for administrative duties

Ad hoc duties as assigned



Requirements



Diploma/Bachelor degree preferred

At least 2 years purchasing experience

Able to work with minimum supervision

Available immediately or within short notice

5-day work week

830am-600pm

Work location Sungei Kadut Way
