Job Description


Handle full spectrum of purchasing function ensure competent quality execution and monitoring of all purchasing duties.

Ensure purchasing activities and procedures are in compliance to company and procurement policies.

Proactive in sourcing for new supplies, select and negotiate for the best purchase package, in terms of quality, price, terms and, deliveries and services with suppliers for existing and new projects.

Maintain a complete, proper and updated purchasing related records and/or reports.

Monitoring stock movement and maintain inventory records.

Responsible for administrative duties.

Ad hoc duties as assigned.


Diploma/Bachelor degree preferred.

At least 2 years purchasing experience.

Able to work with minimum supervision.

Available immediately or within short notice.

5-day work week
