?Preferably 5 to 7 years of exp in SCM in liquid chemical industry
?Working experience in SAP Material Master/ MM & SD modules
?Experience in Liquid Chemical Planning, Parcel Tanker Chartering, Pipeline Management, Tank Truck/ ISO Tank Operation

Regional planner to ensure efficient and smooth operations and inventory management for nine production sites, two Polyol plants and Toller in Asia Pacific; support basic Polyol sales and cross Business Unit(BU) demandRegional roles as key representative from Performance Asia Pacific for parcel shipmentFrequent interaction and collaboration with global counterparts ie HK, Europe, US as well as other regions and business units to assure effective operations throughout the supply chainStrengthen and support Regional Business Unit (RBU) to achieve Supply Chain (SC) performance KPIs and manage supply chain process in planning, sourcing, production, delivering at the most efficient wayDevelop new process or process improvement with RBU, local RM planner, OMP and fine planner and other stakeholders


Regional PlanningConsolidate, review and validate demand forecast from production site, sales and cross BU demand Align the stock, incoming & consumption with inventory level and finalize the distribution planAlign demand with production capacities and Toller; optimize capacity utilization and supply at regional levelConsolidate, review and submit the short & mid-term raw materials forecast to suppliers for Production sites on monthly basisLiaise closely with Marine Command Center and shipbroker on cargo volume and vessel nomination; optimize freight rates through efficient vessel space planningClosely monitor vessel schedule to ensure smooth RM supply and avoid risk of tank top/tank bottom; react promptly and effectively to any crisis (including Force Majeure)Manage exceptional situations including supply shortage Plan and work closely with local SCM/ Product Manager/ Segment Manger/ Commercial Manager for allocation based on priority, transferring of materials from other plants or purchasing from alternative suppliersMonthly review shipment schedule with supply source export team to meet customer requirementSales and operations planning(S & OP) ProcessManage demand and supply network planning process and related value chain scope according to S &OP process and calendarLead and chair the monthly Supply Review Meeting for PEOL and Pre-S&OP meeting of Propylene Oxide and actively contribute in monthly meeting Prepare minutes meeting, action items and Pre-S &OP meeting slidesOversee demand and supply on the regional level Monitor and balance the following area according to defined KPIs sales forecast, inventory target, customer service level, planning quality, schedule adherence, production promises etc
Inventory management incl raw material redeployment
Initiate and lead stock optimization actions including aging stock management, redeployment, sell-off, write-off for Asia Pacific plants & warehousesImplement the relocation of raw material based on the agreed process within Asia Pacific plant in case of shortage or excessive to optimize the inventory level and production
Return/Non-Conformance Management (NCM)
As an investigator/ coordinator for logistics complaints and ensure non-conformance investigation closure within timelineManage return process and settlement due to NCMOthersSupport process harmonization/standardization across all countries in Asia PacificReview, validate and submit the vessel space forecast to logistics procurement including yearly demand for tender processSupport in operation/long term planning and process for Polyol, Propylene Oxide and RMsInvolved in new investment analysis, develop distribution concept with RM supply plan, logistics cost analysis and establish other supporting knowledge for developmentResponsible for new vendor creation, purchasing info record, frame work order etc and work closely with service platformBackup roles for others Regional planner
Bachelor-Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics management or Business AdministrationMin 7 years' experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics in liquid chemical industryExperience in SAP (Material Master/MM & SD, Procurement etc Module), International tradingKnow-how of liquid chemical planning, parcel tanker chartering, pipeline management, tank truck/ ISO tank operationHighly proficient in Microsoft Office
