Job Description

Our laboratory focus on discovering and applying virus-derived immune evasion genes for non-viral mRNA delivery, non-viral mRNA-based diagnostics We invite competent researchers with background in virology (focused on how virus evades immune response) to join us We prefer candidates with experience in influenza A virus, but expertise in other viruses are welcomed This is a 1 year contract renewable for a second year based on performance

Requirements
PhD degree in life sciences or biomedical engineering (related to viral immune evasion or gene delivery)
Good time management, planning and communication skills
Intellectual capacity to critically evaluate new ideas
Highly competent in molecular biology techniques demonstrated by publications Cloning, ELISA, transfection, western blot, RT-PCR, flow cytometry
Knowledge and expertise in immune evasion genes (influenza A virus, or any virus in the candidates research domain)
