Role:

Promote a range of pharmaceutical products to hospitals, specialist clinic and GPs.Establish and foster strong relationships with doctors and nurses to encourage the use of company's products.Build close ties with the decision-makers of hospitals, pharmacies and clinics and to establish long term relationships.Aggressively develop new accounts for core promotional products in assigned territory.Service existing accounts and identify opportunities to cross-sell new/other products, where appropriate.To conduct group presentations to a large audience, e.g. Pharmacists, nurses.Profile:-A determined mind set on achieving goals.Communicates effectively with co-workers and customers and able to foster working relationships based on mutual respect and trust.A strong team player.Diligent in the execution of marketing strategies in the field.Positive attitude and resourceful to solve problems and has a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Able to work independently and perform duties with high integrity.Strong sense of urgency.Organized and meticulous and takes pride in all his/her assigned duties.A pleasant disposition, patient and tactful.Key Assessment Areas:-Sales achievementKnowledge of customers, territory and hospital/ clinic policiesQuality and timeliness of call plans, call reports and any other field information that is required by the management periodically.Call rate and frequencySelling skillsKnowledge of company’s products, clinical literature and competitors’ productsInitiative, reliability to complete assigned tasks within the specified timeframe, team work and relationships with co-workers and customers.

Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in life sciences, business studies or sales & marketing.Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare with good sales track recordSales experience with very good sales track recordMust own a carProficient with the computer – Ms Excel / PowerPoint / Word
