Our client is one of the leading global caterers for airlines They are looking for Regional Financial Planner & Analyst to join them
Job ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Senior Manager, FP&A in financial and performance data analysis, and division office financial reportingAssist the Chief Commercial Officer with any and all commercial requestWorking with Business Development with financial input and modellingSupport the regional business planning, budgeting and forecasting process by developing tools and templates to facilitate data collection and analysis across the regionCompare financial projections to various indicators - previous year actual performance, business plan, budget, forecast etc, and provide insights and explanations for variancesPrepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc financial reports as requiredConsolidate inputs from business units into reports for the businessBuild strong relationships with the business units and provide support where requiredEvaluate new business opportunities (customer tenders) and capital expenditure requestsSupport in formulating key performance indicators and monitoring said KPI’sDevelop and analyze financial and management reports to support market development strategiesDevelop Financial models to support short term and long term business planningSupport discussions & negotiations around labour contracts through analysis of offers and optionsWork closely with unit managers for timely data reporting and follow upsOther ad-hoc finance reporting and modelling support as required
Degree in Accountancy, Finance / ACCA equivalent is requiredMinimum 3 years of in-house FP&A ExperiencePossess experience with SAP, HFM an advantageProficient in MS Office (specifically Excel and powerpoint)Required to work with Global finance & controlling functions, Regional FP&A, Operations, Business Development, Senior ExecutivesMust be bilingual in English and Mandarin to manage China counterparts and associates
