Job Description


Major responsibilities

Develop and implement project on Talent Acquisition on employer branding, on digital marketing, transformation and developing and organizing career events

Develop and implement programs to align workforce and key business initiatives through use of organizational effectiveness interventions

Identify and understand the right market to aim at the right audience for open positions to ensure efficient recruitment of top talent in the required areas

Assist the organization in the areas of professional development, leadership development, organizational redesign, team development, key employee retention design and change management

Perform the role as change agent providing support and mechanism to implement changes to the operations of the business and provide coaching to leaders on organizational growth This would involve providing training and team facilitation activities

Administer organization planning including review of roles and responsibilities, traits and competences; and job descriptions

Oversea employee compliance with all performance management processes (bi-annual performance review process, goals setting, professional development planning) Monitor timely completion of performance reviews and evaluations for all employees

Monitor Company culture so that it supports the project’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction and engagement Support employee engagement efforts within offices and operating locations to discuss staff concerns and suggestions

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or another relevant field

Experience in organizational development and talent acquisition Role includes training preferably

Work experience of 5-8 years in Organizational Development and Human Resource

Demonstrated ability to gain trust and credibility from management and stakeholder management is required

Proficient in organization, detail-oriented, excellent interpersonal, communication and time-management skills

Proven track record of project start-up from conceptualization to implementation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
