Job Description

You will be part of the Talent Attraction & Partnering team in supporting the team in the following areas various projects assigned which includes but not limited to;
Assist the team in the recruitment activities such as job advertisements, sourcing, arranging interviews, collation of documents, conducting reference and background check, medical, on-boarding and etc.Manage and ensure the recruitment materials and recruitment procurement related activities follow all existing guidelines and regulations.Collaborate with both internal and external parties on career fairs/talks.Collate, monitor and report on recruitment / appointment related data for the team.Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant working experience or equivalent.Meticulous, well-organised and ability to prioritise and multi-task.Good written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
