Job Description


We are looking for a talented senior UX/CX Designer for Ready To Travel app and website The ideal candidate should have an eye for design, possess superior attention to detail, and be able to translate high-level requirements into world class, intuitive, and functional user experiences You must understand and be able to create customer friendly seamless customer journey and experience for both online and offline platform

You will design and define exceptional end to end customer experiences for existing and new customer journeys, with a focus on digital first, while demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and employing Human Centred Design tools to solve their problems

Key Responsibilities
Leads the UX/CX design process and translates business needs into app & web solutionsUse customer feedback, user experience best practices, prototyping, and competitive analysis to design appropriate user flows and customer experiences for maximum usability and customer satisfactionCreate clear, vivid visualizations and interactive graphical and visual experiences on our app and web platformsLead user experience improvements and recommendations using data and usability testsPresent ideas and designs effectively, lead design review and feedback sessionsCollaborate with x-functional team (Product, Platform, Engineering, Marketing, Customer and Operation) and partners to define our digital user experience strategyWork with insights and analytics to develop and promote recommendations for user experience improvements within a project or streamLead meetings or other efforts to gather requirements and define user experience solutionsManage external vendors effectively to drive maximum performancePutting customer experience at the heart of what we do and developing a deep understanding of customer needsDesign and iterate world class digital first experience that achieve the best mix of desirable, feasible and viable

Technical Skills Required
Degree with at least 5 years of work experience as a UX/CX consultant/designer with a strong portfolio in applications and eCommerce related initiativesProven skill sets in UX and UI designsProficiency in design and website prototyping tools and able to draw up Lo-Fi to Hi-Fi wireframes to facilitate user testing, A/B testing, and stakeholder collaborationExperience in prototype creation (utilizing tools such as Invision, InvisionStudio, Axure, HTML prototypes, etc)Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interactionAbility to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing regardless of audience – designers, business stakeholders, technologists, users, etcAbility to solve problems creatively and effectivelyExperience in advance usability and prototype testing beyond just A/B testingUp-to-date with the latest UX/CX/UI trends techniques, and technologiesExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development processExperience in both web and native mobile designKnowledge and practice in Design Thinking and Lean Start up methodologies will be a great advantageTeam player and collaborator, effective communicator, high expectations of design and experience quality, keen interest in the wider design communityGood Degree from a recognized university in Human Computer Interaction, Multimedia, Industrial Design, Visual Arts, Graphic Design or related field or equivalentAble to work well independently and in team environment and in big organizationMust be well organized, detail oriented, analytical, logical and yet with creative flairStrong commitment to customer service and delivery is essentialTeam player and collaborator with good communication skillsFlexibility and the ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential
